A 50% deposit secures your booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before pickup. We accept all major credit cards through Outdoorsy's secure payment system.

The 50% deposit is non refundable, but we know plans change. The remaining 50% is refundable until 30 days before your trip. If you need to shift your dates, we can do that free of charge based on availability. If you cannot make the trip at all, the full deposit can be applied as a credit to a future booking. Trip insurance is also available for purchase and covers flight changes, medical issues, and more.

Please have your ID ready. Driver verification is usually done after the booking is made, but we can do it at our office if you need to add extra drivers. Be prepared for a 30 minute crash course on how your RV works.

We require you purchase our secondary policy so you are covered in every scenario. If you damage an RV, your personal auto will be held primary, with your trip policy as secondary. Between these two, you will have $1M in liability coverage and up to $300k in collision. See the Insurance page for full details.

Our standard policy is 150 free miles and 4 free generator hours per day. We do not track day by day, so this is cumulative across your trip. A 4 day rental gives you 600 free miles and 16 generator hours, which is more than enough for a big Yellowstone loop. Overage rates are $0.65/mile and $5/hr respectively, which covers wear and tear.

Trips can be extended or modified up to the start date with no charge. Note that you cannot shorten your trip and get a refund for those days, unless that is arranged more than 30 days in advance.

Two thirds of our renters have never driven or used an RV before. We are experts at educating first timers. Our website has lots of useful information and videos as resources. You will also have access to one of our Master Techs during business hours for support and troubleshooting.
